To fix the Xerox Printer Offline problem, follow these steps. Disable SNMP in the printer port settings first. Continue by clicking the Start button located in the lower left corner of your screen. Pick Control Panel > Devices & Printers in addition. You can also choose printer properties by performing a right-click on the pertinent printer. Hit on the Ports tab at the top. Tap the Configure Port button after choosing the desired port. To end, uncheck the SNMP status enabled option and click OK.
